What a devious scam! The new guerrilla warfare. They assemble thirty people on the front line of a protest, outside of a city building dressed in disguise as protestors. While at "mission control" people are working hard to stir up emotion on social media such as Twitter. (Sounds like "Occupy Wall Street" fiasco)
Average citizens start to join the protest by hundreds and thousands. Then the disguised military personal, or militia, overtake the city buildings, hold police as hostages, and the community is supporting this whole protest without a clue!
It seems as this is being done as I heard one reporter say in the latest Simferopol Protest, "these protestors seem to be well trained, and knew exactly what to do at each step." More on these dastardly protests. Could Russia be doing this same strategy in Ukraine? Getting their military real close to government buildings, never being suspected because they are in disguise, and causing a huge emotional upheaval of a city and a country? Then by force, they take the building. It sure would be an easy way to bring down any government. Maybe George Soros knows who did something like this in Kiev? In Egypt? Who will they pretend to be next? Tea Party Protestors?

I tried out the Potato Diet, and all was working well at first. But then I decided to check my blood pressure. It was off the charts, not good. Maybe this was due to the fact that I no longer ran 1 mile each week, but I did decide to continue the vegetarian route, and things are working out better. I will keep you posted.

Here's a diet plan that has no name yet. It's an easy diet, and I do not make any money from it... yet. Always check with your Doctor and your own common sense first.
I take three products found at Swanson Vitamin's, and I try to stay away from all animal related foods. I try to eat a couple of boiled potatoes per day seasoned with Mrs. Dash seasonings. This part of the diet is related to the Potato Diet.
I get in jumping jacks every day, but more exercise will help lose weight fast.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat some of the foods you like (I call this "cheating" but it is okay to cheat on this diet AS LONG AS YOU DO IT IN MODERATION).
Eventually you will feel so good, you will reduce the cheating, and increase the exercising.
About those 3 types of herbal supplements?
Slowly replace your meals with these "diet pills."
I take these three things to kill an appetite, and feel full.
1 - One pill, Digestitol (SWU130 is Swanson's Item Number)
2 - One pill, Chia Seed (SW1165 is Swanson Vitamin's Number)
3 - Two pills, Glucomannan aka: Konjac Root (SW1163 is the number for that one)
- You wake up. Do your Jumping Jacks. Eat a boiled potato (I keep a bunch in the refrigerator). Get your coffee. Take your pills. Anytime during the day, take your pills in place of a meal, or before a meal, with a full glass of water. I put my pills in a small pill box so it is easier than getting a bag of chips. Ease into this diet over a couple of weeks because you want to convert your current food stash to something more moderate. A good book is, "The Starch Solution" by John McDougall.
Mold and shape this diet to your new desired life style. The potato part of this diet will help relieve cravings for sugar and alcohol. I do cheat often on this diet, but less often as time goes on.
