Is Barack Obama an American?

This same question came up for John McCain when it was discovered that he was born in Panama, not the USA. So, it is of good conscience to allow this question for all other Presidential candidates.

There is talk that Barack Obama might not have proper legal proof he was born in America. I'm not sure that any proof offered so far puts this question to rest, because his birth in Hawaii has special circumstances surrounding this issue. Was his Mother a resident of the USA long enough to satisfy the requirements of the Constitution to become President? His Father, it appears, was from Africa, and does not meet the requirements.

Here is my take on the whole issue: Why not look at the Honolulu Newspaper for that day, or the next couple of days, to determine first if there was an actual record of his birth outside of his birth certificate. I say the guy is an American if he has been paying his taxes. But the law don't care much of what I think. Apparently, the law does not care much what the law is either.

When and where was Barack Obama born?

Officially:

Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961 at 7:24 pm

And here is something interesting... In Time magazine, on August 4, 1961 appeared an article about John F Kennedy and the illegal politics going on in the state of Illinois. How ironic is that?

Folks, it is my opinion that too much unknown and too much controversy are swirling around this candidate. I feel inside that he is not "seasoned" as a leader just yet. I respect that you may feel differently. And as for John McCain, i feel uneasy about his leadership qualities too. I am looking at Bob Barr, just looking. We have to have somebody that can qualify to run this country, and perhaps qualify to at least be an American?

Fast and HOT!

Every profile in today's world should include some hot models and fast cars. "It is what draws people to your "window", as they cruise by on the Internet super highway", says Gary Ruff advertising artist.

Ruff ads that comedy will work as well. "If you have a blog, it is the perfect place to set up your store window for other's to "bump in" to your product. Use pictures, news, comedy, sex, and of course whatever it is you are trying to sell. The future of the Internet and investment will go to those companies that can deliver any product purchased on the Internet as well as those companies protecting your identity and transactions on the Internet.", adds Ruff.

If you are selling a water pump, but your interests or hobbies include cats, then find a way to integrate these interests into your blog. Not many people cruise the Internet and stumble upon a water pump and are curious to know more. But, a cat playing in the water (cats hate water right?... but with your water pump, cats will LOVE water!). And who knows, a person looking for a picture of a cat playing in the water might also find a need for your water pump. That is the future of marketing on the Internet. The playing field is finally being leveled against the big companies. NOW is the time to make the most of your profit potential.

George Carlin dies.

George Carlin was truly one of the best comedians known in America. The comedian died last night of a heart attack.

He will be missed. I'm sure he had a joke for this occasion, but I guess we'll have to wait for our turn to hear it...

May God bless you and your family George.

The answer is that you only know what you are told. I wonder if the rich would benefit from controlling the media? Personally, I am not anti government. However, I am against dishonesty and crime. It's not my fault where they seem to congregate.

The truth to any story is buried amongst ordinary law abiding citizens. So why does the media put so much credence in our leadership, when it appears leaders are there to spin the news, and protect the money by burying the truth?

No nukes. I do not support nuclear power. The politicians talk about the environment and the carbon footprint, what the hell will come from a radiation footprint? Those bastards only care about money. Let's start looking at the monetary (money) footprint. I bet it leads to the crooks. Peace Out, Gary Ruff

You do realize that there are more than two choices for President? Take a gander at the Liberterians, Independents, and other political parties. Some candidates promote lowering the drinking age to 18. Some candidates may promote something you are personally interested in.

I want every American that is able to vote, to vote. It is important in this 2008 Presidential election that every American is heard, and heard loud. Don't worry too much about voting for the person who will win, but who is the person best for you and your family. Your country now needs you more than ever! Peace Out, Gary Ruff

Four more years of high gas prices. We had since the 70's to fix our energy problems. In all of those years our politicians made promises to deal with this issue. Are we really that stupid to think that this will be the year that will be different? Stupid is as stupid does.

McCain. The first townhall meeting. Good job. We need to see proof he means what he says, and that this is not just 'straight BS'. Is he proposing his ideas to congress? Will he uphold our laws and secure our borders? Can he bring the price of gas back down to $1.50 a gallon ? Gary Ruff can. Vote for change or vote for McCain or vote for 're-arrange'.

All hell is about to break loose. There are many comtributing factors, but mainly Israel will take action to stop Iran with its nuclear program WHILE THE USA STILL HAS IN PLACE, A SYMPATHETIC ADMINISTRATION. You think gas prices are high now? Look for $10 a gallon. I am pro Israel. I am pro $1.50 gallon gas. Vote Gary Ruff 2008.

Big Brown: I knew something was up...

When the race card at Belmont pulled Casino Drive (Scratched), the clear 2nd choice to Big Brown, it was then I knew something was amiss.

This leaves the favorite, to be bet against all long shots. It was the opportunity for the "fix" to be in, in the Belmont Stakes... the defeat of Big Brown in the Triple Crown.

(Note: When Clinton (Eight Belle) was defeated by Big Brown (Obama), I kept wondering to myself which horse was representing John McCain? I thought Guadalcanal. So, I just bet on all of the horses. Who is Da' Tara? Could it be that someone will defeat Obama (Big Brown) in the election, and it is not John McCain? Who is Da Tara representing.)

And life imitates art, yes?

Look folks, where there is money to be made people will make it. Where there is money to be made, people will lose it. I think today, in the Triple Crown event, we just witnessed money being made, and money being lost. Whether it was honest, only God knows.

Peace Out, Gary Ruff, The Compusician.

(PS I won this race. Da' Tara paid out at $79.00 for first in this horse race).

Criminals:

There is one thing I hate more than a criminal. I hate most the crook with a badge.

Peace Out, Gary Ruff
My Dear Friends,

I finally get it.

Why is it that some American's seem to be pushing for “Global Warming”, or “Global Climate Change”.

I see why they tie it to an “environmental concern”. I will demonstrate my reasoning to you.

With our gasoline prices headed higher, our leaders seen this coming as India and China were continuing to grow. It was inevitable that our (USA) supply would dwindle, as our (WORLD) demand continued to grow. That is the Supply-Demand equation for all of us now.

So why the global warming? Why the “Carbon Footprint” talk?

Well let me first start, by saying that whether oil is a renewable resource or not, the fact is that we are using the oil supply faster than the Earth can replenish it. So, the “Supply and Demand” equation must be met with the “Tax on Flow” equation.

What is the “Tax on Flow” equation?

Governments exist to provide clean water, safe neighborhoods, and great schools. Income is a flow tax. Sales are a flow tax. And Energy is a flow tax. By the way, education is a “flow tax”, but in many communities it is included in the property tax, which is a real tax. The flow comes from new residents buying new homes.

So what? Energy is a “Flow Tax”.

Well, so here it is, the problem for the government. Taxes derived from the “flow” of gas, diesel, or other measurable energy such as natural gas can be taxed by the “flow”. Whether it is meters per second, feet per square inch, or dollars per gallon, the flow is critical in determining the tax.

Carbon is the way we make fuel. It is the basic building block of life. It provides us ALL energy. When it becomes discovered, and made efficient, it all traces back to the SUN. All carbon life is made from the sun. How can the government tax the “flow of the sun”? :) Damn, they are always one step ahead aren't they? They cannot do it. But, they sure as hell can make up items on the escape end.

Let me explain. If I jam a banana up your tailpipe on your car, the car won't run. So, in essence, the flow is stopped at the back end, instead of the front end. They are trying to tax the back end as technology progresses to provide free, the front end of power.

I just want to say this before it all becomes true, and you wished you would have listened to my words. The Government needs the tax revenue to provide a safe and normal running community. The Government does this by taxing the “flow”. I embrace this. What I do not embrace is the fact that they know there is a tax on the flow, and they will lie (denying the truth is a lie) to you. Never. Never will I want to be a part of the government that deceives you. I sure would like to be part of any government that informs you, explains its decisions, and then makes the community better.

Okay, Gary Ruff, Mr. Presidential Candidate of 2008. We believe you. So now what do we do?

Here is what I will do. You do whatever you feel is right. I am looking at a Libertarian Candidate for President. I may also consider an independent Candidate for 2008. I will be voting for Gary Ruff. I believe in my thoughts and desires, so who else would I vote for. The other candidates will distract you with racial issues, economic issues, and whatever issue the mainstream media can make up. I promise, I PROMISE, to reduce gasoline prices to around $1.50 per gallon by June of 2009.

Vote for the best candidate.

God Bless.

Peace Out, Gary Ruff
