Banana Diet

A new fad hitting Japan, and soon all over the world is the banana diet fad. Have you ever seen a fat monkey?

It is a simple diet. Before your meal eat 1 or two bananas. I like to throw in a full bottle of water. Eat your meal like you normally would. I think this diet helps ease the cravings of alcohol, nicotine, and sweets.

Here is a more thorough article on this diet: Link

Learning as I go...

1. About music: I tend to start out strong with an idea, tell the world, "what I'm gonna do...", then something comes up, and the project does not get done. I set myself up to fail immediately. And frankly for me, I thrive on success. A song has many components, and it is more inviting for me to master one of them. Aha! Here is where I usually say, "what I'm gonna do...". This time I will wait and start saying what I did.

2. About politics: I learned that the Republican Party is the party of "fear". They use this well to motivate their voters. It's no secret that their are two motivating factors in life, fear and greed. And it is not to wonder that the Democrats are the party of "greed". They use money, the economy, welfare, and other issues to relate to their base. Lately, I've noticed the two candidates, McCain and Obama, have tried to "cross" the lines of demarcation and Republicans seem to be flirting with "greed" issues, while the Democrats seem to be flirting with "fear" issues. It appears to me that this strategy is not working. There is one more thought on this topic, a third motivational factor often overlooked in politics; LOVE. Fear, Greed, and Love are all motivational factors. So, for a third party to succeed, they will need to be based on "Love" issues.

3. About the Election in 2008: I see Obama as the best choice because the Republicans had a long time to steer this ship in the right direction, and the ship is running aground. I see McCain as the victor in this election simply based on race and gender (his running mate). Here is the problem: I also see an incumbent President that has a history of befuddling the elections. I think this year will be no exception. "Out of the blue" will come some event that will cause the President to postpone the election, or an event may occur after the election, with the same resulting action by the President; the inauguration will be postponed, and Dick Cheney (due to the Constitution) will become President. I will not elaborate as to "what" because my guess is as good as yours. All I know is that so many things were done in the Bush administration (hey I voted for the guy 1 time) that speak louder than the words of his character. He seems like a good man, but maybe the people he "surrounded himself with" are exactly the type of people who would be considered "fat cats" on Wall Street, and sell America as they laugh their way to the bank. LOVE; I love America, and no party of "greed" or "fear" will change my feelings. After the election, I see myself joining the Libertarian Party, and from there I will try to do my part. I can cross off my list of things to do before I die, Run for President.

4. Running for President: I did this "just to see if it could be done by an average person". It can, and it is a lot of time consuming paperwork. I see that there is absolutely no problem with the Federal Government and the FEC. They were very helpful in my campaign. The "stone wall" comes from each individual states rules as to filing, and getting on the ballot. It would be great for this nation as a whole if some changes were made as to Ballot Access, Voter Fraud, and the Electoral College. However, it would take a Constitutional Convention to initiate these changes; states will not give up this valuable power, and I don't blame them... but in the corrupt hands of some of the State's Leaders, we need a solution. If you want to understand a third party, understand that there are Americans whose Love for their country, the Rule of Law, and Equality far outweigh the Fear and Greed the other two parties perpetuate.

Peace Out, Gary Ruff

PS I'm done running for President, now I'm going on to music full speed ahead!

Hooking to the grid...

You can sell your solar energy you make, wind power, or any other type of energy to the power company. Why would you want to do this? Because instead of having batteries to store your electricy the solar panels made during the day time, you just buy back your power you sold to the electric company.

Of course, if you make more than you use, you might actually make a profit, but it is unlikely.

As America grows and starts using more and more electric cars, there will be a greater demand for electricity (and less demand for oil!).

If everyone in your community had some small solar power panels, wind power generators, and/or water (hydro electric) systems imagine how much better off you and your community would be (and perhaps turning a profit).

It all starts with one person. Maybe you can build a simple system just to run you lights at night (a stand alone system).

Here is a link for some great ideas, and iformation on how to make your own electricity. LINK: http://www.house-energy.com/Wind/On-Grid.htm

How to win a woman...

---

Knowing how to deal with women is one of the most important life
skills anyone can have these days.

Here's a list of what NOT to do with women EVER.

1) Do not fight with her. Fighting always creates tension and
kills attraction. Fighting with a woman is useless. Even if you
win the argument, you will still lose the war.

2) Do not try to use logic to show her why she should come
be with you. Attraction and sexuality is based on
feelings, not logic. No matter how brilliant your logic is,
she's still going to leave you, with women logic
does not win you anything but the door.

3) Do not reassure any woman that you will change, that old
things will be "different from now on". It's like trying to
it’s a sign that you are conforming to what you believe to be
her view of you. You will loose her and loose your self in
the process.

4) Do not keep telling her you love her. She won't care. All a
woman cares about is how much she loves you...not the other way
around!)

5) Do not beg her to come back. The more you beg, the more she
will ignore you.

6) Do not try to make her feel guilty about leaving
you. (Examples: "I can't work without you." and "Don't break
up with me during exam period...") It won't work. It will
only make her dread being with you even more.

7) Do not act depressed so they will feel bad for you.
Sympathy does not equal attraction!

8) Do not talk to her friends to win their support. All
she cares is how SHE feels about you. Even if her friends
love you, they can't make her love you forever. External
pressure never lasts longer. If your girl decides to
stay with you, her motivation has to come from within.

9) Do not spend money on gifts and flowers for her. You
can't buy her heart back with money. There is nothing more
expensive then cheap woman.

10) Do not push her into getting back with you. The more
you push, the more she will pull away.

Here is a list of what to DO with women

1) COMPLIMENT her whenever you feel she looks her best, smells
her best, feels her best and especially feels her worst.
Because women are junkies for compliments. You keep feeding
them compliments and they will keep coming back. And always
stagger compliments because you need to keep the suspense
when the compliments are coming. This is really important, this
is how dogs and dolphins are trained, works great for women too.
Don’t forget to compliment details, hands, jewelry, and clothing.

2) Try and do something she has never done before. Something new
and exciting. Adventure is something women look for in men.
Keep her wondering what you will do.

3) Stay mysterious. Women get bored if they know everything about you.
Be unpredictable at all times. Never let her know what your feelings
are about her. Let her write her own fantasies because it
will be much greater than anything you try to instill.

4) Always look and smell your best, no matter where you go
and what you do. Women love to smell cologne on a man, it reminds
them of you whenever they smell that same cologne. Smell is
primal and all the politically correct media hype cannot
erase 3.9 billion years of evolution.

5) Always be fun. Most guys are morose and depressed.
Everybody always wants to be where the fun is.

6) Talk about your family and friends. Women love to know you
are a caring, considerate, loving guy.

7) Make her feel like she’s the most important person when
you are with her. Don’t give her too much confidence; just
make sure she feels that she is the center of attention when
you are with her.

8) Look in her eyes whenever you talk to her. When men look
away women look at it as they are afraid, and unsure of themselves.
Let her know that you are confident. A study done on cult leaders
there was one common denominator found among all the cult leaders
including Charles Manson is they always smile.

9) Hold her hand, as much as you can. It makes a woman feel that
you title her as your girl. They enjoy it and feel that you are
in control. Women cannot handle being in control of a
relationship, date, or encounter. You must take control.

10) Always have a plan. Never leave anything up to her or up in
the air. Women get bored easily.

Coup attempt in USA

United States Coup going on ...

Right before our eyes, just like a magician's slight of hand, a coup attempt is going on in the United States, and no one sees it... except for me.

Vladimir Putin found a way to stay in power, and there is no way George Bush will be outdone by his adversary.

Rich people and their sense of pride and entitlement is really amazing. It is NOT what this government was founded on, it was what our free people of the past ran from. Let's take a look...

The President can make laws called “Executive Orders”. Since it takes time for the other branches to react to these powers, it is feasible that a dishonest peron (in sheeps clothing) will have time to do our country damage. This is nothing new. ALL Presidents are trusted with this power, I hope you will agree he has it.

I think it was in the spring of 2007, President Bush authorizes himself to be the supreme dictator of America if there becomes a time of crisis (really, I can't believe it either).

If this coup attempt failed, where would they (Cheney and Bush) go? Good question, but I don't think these two understand the word failure. I'll bet that Bush will never admit to ever owning the Texas Rangers (inside jab). I think Bush has recently bought land in Paraguay. Yes, what a great place to hide, if necessary.

(Please notice that I have used links to news sources from all over the world. The USA has a news bias, so news like this does not come to the people's eyes.)

Well, two things are missing, right?

1) To control the world, you need to control it's money. The President had Congress' blessing to give the Secretary of Treasury Henry Pualson the power during this economic time of crisis, the October 2008 Financial Meltdown.

2) To control the USA, and stay in power, you would have to find a way to “cancel” the elections. I believe that they do have a plan, it just has not happened yet. Well, maybe it is developing? Would mass voter fraud and a United Nations probe into illegalities be enough to postpone the elections? Perhaps an assassination (does not seem like the style of these current criminals)?

Once the election is postponed, there is no turning back. This plan does seem way out there, and a “conspiracy” theory to me, but at what point did someone stand up and say that Hitler was a bad man? At what point do we realize the wisdom of George Washington and other founding fathers? There are some men in this world that are not average guys just like you and I. The Pleasures and Pride of the rich are too much for me to understand. But I do understand that every claim I have made in this article is backed up with fact.

God I hope I am wrong.

EPTC is a stock to buy... yes, NOW,

What stocks have risen in this bad stock market environment? Well, not many. But EPTC ( Epicet ) has what is as close to a cure for cancer as anyone has imagined!

I also own a great stock for the future, when all of this corruption in the markets subsides. It is FNIX ( Fonix Corp), it has risen according to Morningstar (hard to get quotes on this gem).

FONIX (FNIX) is going to be the company (and currently IS the company) that does text to speech. It is my hope, and others, that they will further develop the translation part of this program they developed for Apple Corp.

"I see into the future where a person can call his Russian girlfriend from the USA, and when he speaks, she hears Russian. Oh, and when she speaks in Russian, he hears English.", says Ruff a Computer Music wiz from the states.

In this market, if you look around, you'll see so, some opportunities. Imagine buying a million shares of stcok for one low price. I got mine at $200. I guess I overpaid by $100 this week.

Just look to the future, and find the valued stocks. The world is your oyster right now.

As for the song I'm making

Ukraine Girls is coming along at a snails pace. I had to redo my thinking of where to put it because SpliceMusic is not working properly, again.

Also, I am making an instrument. It is a guitar made in my sequencer. It's sounding pretty good. If I can figure out a way to get a VST to hold music samples so the user can select my sounds and then twist them up, I will have that VST for you.

So, please be patient.

What happened to SpliceMusic?

What happened to the Splice (SpliceMusic) web site? I have not been able to get in for over a week now. Am I banned, or have any other users had a problem too?

Maybe it will be working again soon? What a bummer...

SpliceMusic.com information and comments on it is not working. Maybe their is an alternative web site to Splice?

I bet too many people were uploading copyrighted material, and thus having to shut them down... it's just a guess.

Lifting Heavy Objects

Can it be this simple? Maybe the solution I have is wrong, but I'm on the right path.

It is my thought that perhaps air pressure could be used to work against water to lift a heavy object, and thus make a Pyramid or a Coral Castle.

Here's how I see it, and I have included a diagram. You have an area of water. You have the heavy stone (already precut and laying there... hey, I'm just telling you how to lift it) and it is laying in the water or under water.

(Experiment 1) You place a Bell or Pyramid shaped cover over it (it must be more stable and sturdy than the object you are lifting). You attach a chain or rope from the object to the cover. You increase the air pressure inside the cover. Eventually enough air pressure will overcome the weight of the object and appear to float. As a matter of fact, it may be weightless to the whole system since the air pressure has equalized the weight of the object (but water may be displaced, so I can't say for sure without trying it if this produces a weight differential).

As a side note, wouldn't it be possible to fill a blimp with Hydrogen and since Hydrogen is lighter than air, it will float? I know. They already did it, but did they make that hydrogen from the air on the outside of the blimp? Thus creating a perpetual flying machine (as long as there is power to supply the electricity needed to split the atoms... the sun). (Also, air has moisture in it, that's where I'm getting the Hydrogen from).

Perhaps we could fill that Bell in Experiment 1 with Hydrogen instead of air, and compress that? I see this method as being promising.

Okay, that is how I see the Pyramids being built. More importantly, someone could tool around with this idea and make some pretty efficient power generators, not to mention being able to make water anywhere this generator is working.

Please see my diagram with this article.
