EinStud Rule

“Our beliefs are founded on the facade of our contentment.”

---

Let me explain a bit. Once you understand this rule, you will understand why people often see bad things coming, but do nothing to stop it, before it is too late.

As humans, we welcome comfort. We try to discover ways to make life more comfortable. When we find comfort, we try to find ways to “believe” in this comfort, so to bring comfort to others as well. This fulfills our need to sociable, and comfortable (no matter if you are right, center, or left).

But often our belief is just a facade (it is fake). We root our beliefs in “the facade” to accommodate greater comfort. For example, when a good TV show, or Sports game is on, it is more difficult to leave the couch. Sometimes we will even sit around and watch “infomercials”, only because we are enjoying our comfort.

What if a Church session was 3 hours long, had no air conditioning (in 100 degree heat), and everyone had to remain as silent as monks for the entire period? Would this be a growing congregation? Keep in mind that you are probably answering this question in the cool comfort of your home or classroom.

What if Glenn Beck warned you what he sees coming, and it baffles him as to why other's see it, but do nothing? What if politicians rob you blind everyday, and have the arrogance to tell you to shut up? What if Obama is aware that people will not rise up, when people are comfortable? (Bush did all of those bad things, while Obama only does good things? Or, Bush was great and Obama is sinking the nation?) These are just questions that can be answered by both sides of the aisle, and are totally opposite, but totally true (because we believe in what makes us most happy).

To make things happen, you have to create discomfort. To allow things to stay the same, you must create comfort.

This Mosque that they plan to build in New York City, will not happen as currently planned (next to Ground Zero). Discomfort has been raised by some people, which will cause discomfort for some elected people. If the Muslims really wanted a Mosque there, they should have planned to build a Catholic Church, Christian Shrine, or whatever you can think of to keep people content in their own facade. Then, slowly take it over. Their, “in your face” attitude will never get anything accomplished, in the USA.

And that brings me to their leader, Barack Hussein Obama. He is very wise to move Health Care forward, but have the dramatic effects of the Bill take place at a time PAST the next Presidential Election. He will keep people content, until the time is too late.

What can you do? Well, it depends on your contentment. Some people love the Health Care deal, while others do not. So the answer to the question is this: If you are happy with Health Care plans for the future, lay low, keep the peace, avoid protest and conflict. If you dislike the Health Care plan for the future (or any other plan like Iran, North Korea, Constitutional arguments, Border Security, etc) then you must make the people on the other side, and those people in power, feel discomfort such as the Tea Party protests, etc.

As you can see, I am not totally on one side or the other. But the secret lies in the EinStud Rule. Now get busy doing something, or get busy doing nothing. Both have their purpose.

Peace Out, EinStud
