Carbon is good. It is the fundamental building block of life. When you read Al Gore's works on global warming, it sounds identical to the Unibomber's rant. Just what EXACTLY are our government officials up to? If it is GOOD, then they can tell us, the people, about it.

The Republicans and the Bush administration appear to be in denial of the truth. The Democrats seem to be laughing it up. All the while our Country is falling to pieces. We are headed for a bad divorce folks. Gas prices are awakening the masses.

Free horse race handicapping
The TIP sheet. Every horse bettor seeks out a great service. Well, the one I like best is not free. I use FORELL's The-Winners.com LINK: http://www.the-winners.com
Here is a link to the freebie site, and quite a good one! Brisnet. LINK: http://www.brisnet.com/
Good Luck, and Peace Out! Gary

I've been looking at Tale of Ekati to beat Big Brown in the Triple Crown race at Belmont horse race track, June 7, 2008.
As a horse bettor, I do have some tools I like to use. None of these tools gave me the inclination to pick the under dog for this upcoming horse race. I just used good ole intuition.
If you want to get into horse racing to make it a career choice, I guess... here are some of my favorite links!
Just remember that most people will lose. And, money management will be your best friend.

Steps to successful horse race betting:
The real TIP SHEET.
1. Develop your own money management rules and stick to them. I try to never bet more than 5% of my total "bank" (what I have in my pocket).
2. Get your hot horse racing picks at "The-Winners" or other tip sheet factory. Or, pick your own horses if you really like wasting time. I truly believe that if there are 10 horses in a race, then each one has a 10 percent chance of winning. That opinion comes from years of experience... my experiences.
3. You need a place to make your bet. YouBet.com has this and also you can watch the race live on your computer. It is a good service for live racing.
4. You will need PP's. That is "Past Performances" information on all of the jockey's and horses, and trainers. Why do you need this if you have a "Tip Sheet"? You don't really NEED it. BUT, if you want to learn how the pro's pick the winners, you will need what they use. Get your PP's at YouBet.com, or the Daily Racing Form (DRF).
5. You will want to know who won the race, and how much money it paid out. That is "Results". YouBet has those, and DRF has those too. It is good to study all of these results at DRF without making any bets, so you can see patterns of what winning looks like. Why does it seem like more money is won in the 4th race, as opposed to the 1st race? Who knows. But, you will notice general patterns like this. (I think it is due to the fact that everyone bets the first race sober and conservative. By the time the 4th race rolls around, everyone is betting like a drunken sailor in a whore house). No offense to sailors, whores, drunks, and horse race bettors.
Lastly, Good Luck!

Low Carb Recipe!
This is something very different, but tastes great once you try it. Make sur you can handle the ingredients before you indulge. It is one of my Low carb favorite meals to make quick, and take out on the road.
Sardine Sensation
1 can of Red Kidney Beans
1 can of Sardines (hot, mustard, ketchup, green chile, etc...)
1/2 cup of Real Mayonaise
Drain, wash, and strain the kidney beans. Place the entire contents of the can of sardines into the bowl with the kidney beans. Add in your mayonaise. Stir it all up. Add pepper, jalepenos, salt, or spice to your liking.
Place one small folded sheet of a paper towel into a small sealable plastic container, then put the Sardine Salad into the container. Take with you to work. No one will ever steal your food.
Peace Out, Gary Ruff
PS this recipe only takes 5 minutes. Throw in some diced celery to add a crunch!

> It is my opinion that Jesus knew where the beast lived. The beast lives in Government, and no man is immune to it's power. ALL government. This may be why Jesus did not run for office. His power was with the people, the meek. Also know that where there is Evil, there is Good. I love Good.

Don't vote for the beast, unless the beast is right for you. Only you know personally, deep down inside what is right for you. This will be the most important election in the history of the world. It is better NOT to vote, if you do not know the issues or candidates. You have the right NOT TO VOTE.

George Washington would likely never have gotten your vote. Lincoln failed in 13 elections before making it as President. James Madison secured our Bill of Rights, because he knew the beast, the political beast. Martin Luther King Jr. stood tall against the beast. And Barak Obama, Clinton, and McCain are that beast.

It's not about black and white. It's about America. Don't vote for the person who will win. Vote for the person who is right for you and your family. There are more than 2 candidates. Tell the world your desires. Blog them. Then vote your views. Let's start a new revolution at the ballot box.

I love you and your style Ian. Why do we need the interviewer's point of view if the interviewer is suppose to represent the omnipotent views of his audience? And when your point of view is known, we with other points of view are less represented?

One of my visits to the Ukraine included spending a lot of time with Valya. She was a wonderful host, and I would recommend her to only the man who is serious about love. Her heart is as big as Yalta! And her Ukraine upbringing will make her a great wife someday.
Ms. Kosinenko is all business during the day, but let's her hair fly wild at night. At least that was my experience with her. She is a very picky woman, but also very tender.
