EinStud Diet
The EinStud Diet Plan:
1. Eat only Carrotts for one week.
2. Drink plenty of water (2 gallons per day).
3. Run, or bike daily.
You could lose up to 50 pounds in one week on this diet plan. If you do it for more than one week, then add in a multi-vitamin. In 3 weeks you should have lost 100 pounds. From that point forward, never eat foods that are "white" (sugar, salt, bread).
You will find a weight that is right for you by experimenting with foods. Add in tomatoes. Add in Soups. When adding in causes you to start gaining weight, start taking away.
