FAQ New DOT Medical Rules

2014 - The DOT is constantly coming out with new rules affecting Truck Drivers.  Be educated as to what they are doing, and do not be scared.  Be prepared.

New DOT Medical Rules for Truckers

2014 - While I see no new rules for the trucker's DOT requirements right now (and please correct me if I am wrong), The Medical Examiners will need to be on the Registry by May 21, 2014.

The National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (National Registry) is a new Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) program. It requires all medical examiners (MEs) who wish to perform physical examinations for interstate commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers to be trained and certified in FMCSA physical qualification standards. Medical examiners who have completed the training and successfully passed the test are included in an online directory on the National Registry website.

You still have to file with your state that you are self certified, in most cases.  I see no advantage to getting your physical done before this date of May 21, 2014 however, I do see an advantage if your personal, private doctor is NOT on the registry at any time.  I am sure that advantage will disappear with new laws in the future.  (The advantage is that if your private doctor is not on the registry, the registry that the government uses to grant medical certificates, then your private doctor information is still private)

No Wheat Diet

Lose the Wheat, Lose the Weight?

YES!

I am losing weight just by cutting out the wheat in my diet.  I can breathe better, and I feel better.  Personally, I do more than just this diet, but over time you can tailor this diet for your own needs.  This diet was on the Dr. OZ show.  Judge Napolitano has used this diet.

I do buy rice tortillas made by, "Food for Life" from the Sunflower Shoppe.  I imagine you can get these at Whole Foods, and soon maybe Wal-Mart too.

Gluten Free is not enough.  It must be WHEAT FREE.

One World Government

We need a Constitution for the World.  A World Constitution.

One World Government needs a One World Constitution. Let's go down that path. I vote for the US Constitution with some additions.

1.  We must recognize all people of this World are different.  We have different religions, races, and are never going to fit into one role as a citizen.  Therefore, we simply must be treated with respect at all times.

2.  Politicians have term limits.  Term limits are at the local, state, national, and world level.  1 term is equal to two years.

3.  Any crime by a politician against the people, determined by 75% of all countries, will be punished as a regular citizen.

4.  The right to privacy.

5.  The Internet will be used for voting in local, state, national, and world elections specific to certain regions.

6.  All people are equal citizens of this world.  No citizen should have infringement on Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

7.  There is a 5000 law limit.  Need more laws?  Take away a law.  We will end up with the 5000 most important laws.

8.  A surplus of tax revenue must be given back to the people of this world, and divided equally.

9.  No individual is responsible for more than 20 percent tax at local, state, national, or world level.  This does not include sales or property tax.

10.  The people run this world, all people.  When situations arise that cannot be resolved, we must vote on this matter.  

Here is a summary of the Bill of Rights which the World Constitution will have:

1	Freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition.
2	Right to keep and bear arms in order to maintain a well regulated militia.
3	No quartering of soldiers.
4	Freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures.
5	Right to due process of law, freedom from self-incrimination, double jeopardy.
6	Rights of accused persons, e.g., right to a speedy and public trial.
7	Right of trial by jury in civil cases.
8	Freedom from excessive bail, cruel and unusual punishments.
9	Other rights of the people.
10	Powers reserved to the states.

More on the E=MC2 formula.

I learned today that negative numbers squared are in fact positive.  I probably learned this before, but never paid attention.  Why does this matter?  C (the speed at which light travels currently) is actually a variable.  It is not a fixed number.  In absolute zero temperatures, the speed at which light travels is greater than through dirty water.  And even more than that, in a black hole, the speed at which light travels is negative.  To represent the energy accurately, the fact that the equation is squaring the speed of light is actually genius (because the negative speed still has energy).

What happens when the speed of light is at zero? 

Then the mass of the object is still there, but has no energy.  Some would say this is where the line into the supernatural is located.

What happens when the speed of light is one or negative one? 

That is when the energy is equal to its mass in both cases.

What happens when Energy is zero?

I don't know.  Either the Mass has to be zero or the Speed of Light has to be zero.

What happens if the Speed of light is PI?

Well, since PI never ends, the energy would be never ending?

What is my point?

I have none.  It was just an observation in my non scientific mind that would be interesting for the World.  I do suspect that the formula does open a way into the supernatural, where no formulas exists... just miracles.

Answer these questions, and, or, present new questions.  I wonder where in the Universe the speed of light could be right at PI?

Protestors are Military in disguise?

What a devious scam!  The new guerrilla warfare.  They assemble thirty people on the front line of a protest, outside of a city building dressed in disguise as protestors.  While at "mission control" people are working hard to stir up emotion on social media such as Twitter.  (Sounds like "Occupy Wall Street" fiasco)

Average citizens start to join the protest by hundreds and thousands.  Then the disguised military personal, or militia, overtake the city buildings, hold police as hostages, and the community is supporting this whole protest without a clue!

It seems as this is being done as I heard one reporter say in the latest Simferopol Protest, "these protestors seem to be well trained, and knew exactly what to do at each step."  More on these dastardly protests.  Could Russia be doing this same strategy in Ukraine?  Getting their military real close to government buildings, never being suspected because they are in disguise, and causing a huge emotional upheaval of a city and a country?  Then by force, they take the building.  It sure would be an easy way to bring down any government.  Maybe George Soros knows who did something like this in Kiev?  In Egypt?  Who will they pretend to be next?  Tea Party Protestors?

Potato Diet not good for me

I tried out the Potato Diet, and all was working well at first.  But then I decided to check my blood pressure.  It was off the charts, not good.  Maybe this was due to the fact that I no longer ran 1 mile each week, but I did decide to continue the vegetarian route, and things are working out better.  I will keep you posted.

Best Diet Cheapest Diet

Here's a diet plan that has no name yet.  It's an easy diet, and I do not make any money from it... yet.  Always check with your Doctor and your own common sense first. 

I take three products found at Swanson Vitamin's, and I try to stay away from all animal related foods.  I try to eat a couple of boiled potatoes per day seasoned with Mrs. Dash seasonings.  This part of the diet is related to the Potato Diet.

I get in jumping jacks every day, but more exercise will help lose weight fast.

Drink plenty of water.

Eat some of the foods you like (I call this "cheating" but it is okay to cheat on this diet AS LONG AS YOU DO IT IN MODERATION).

Eventually you will feel so good, you will reduce the cheating, and increase the exercising.

About those 3 types of herbal supplements?

Slowly replace your meals with these "diet pills." 

I take these three things to kill an appetite, and feel full.

1 - One pill, Digestitol (SWU130 is Swanson's Item Number)

2 - One pill, Chia Seed (SW1165 is Swanson Vitamin's Number)

3 - Two pills, Glucomannan aka: Konjac Root (SW1163 is the number for that one)

- You wake up.  Do your Jumping Jacks.  Eat a boiled potato (I keep a bunch in the refrigerator).  Get your coffee.  Take your pills.  Anytime during the day, take your pills in place of a meal, or before a meal, with a full glass of water.  I put my pills in a small pill box so it is easier than getting a bag of chips.  Ease into this diet over a couple of weeks because you want to convert your current food stash to something more moderate.  A good book is, "The Starch Solution" by John McDougall.

Mold and shape this diet to your new desired life style.  The potato part of this diet will help relieve cravings for sugar and alcohol.  I do cheat often on this diet, but less often as time goes on.  My coffee is waiting.  Good Luck, Peace Out and since this diet is so cheap, why not spread some love.  I am Gary Ruff from the band BL8ant.
