No Wheat Diet


Lose the Wheat, Lose the Weight?

YES!

I am losing weight just by cutting out the wheat in my diet.  I can breathe better, and I feel better.  Personally, I do more than just this diet, but over time you can tailor this diet for your own needs.  This diet was on the Dr. OZ show.  Judge Napolitano has used this diet.

I do buy rice tortillas made by, "Food for Life" from the Sunflower Shoppe.  I imagine you can get these at Whole Foods, and soon maybe Wal-Mart too.

Gluten Free is not enough.  It must be WHEAT FREE.

These are some ideas to get you pointed in the right direction to losing weight.  It has worked for me.  However, Pizza is really hard to give up!!!!
