One World Currency coming.

Ruff Plan

Any solution to the World's economic woes MUST include a stable currency, a World Currency. With technology, and some ambition for change, it is possible to preserve one's wealth no matter how much or little money they wish to save.

1. A State the size of Texas or California, outside of the traditional avenues like New York or Washington DC, needs to create a World Currency that is backed by Precious Metals (a physical object with value). Most often, that backing could be Gold. I suggest Silver and other rare metals to be used.

2. The “paper” needs to be electronic, and can be converted to a Nations standard paper currency at regular banks. For example, the Russian Ruble would be tied to the world currency as well as the American Dollar, and all other currencies in the world. Markets would operate the same as they do now, but would have this tie to the One World Currency.

3. Money can be moved from one person on the street, all of the way to a big bank via an electronic service such as “PayPal”.

4. Again, paper currency for this “One World Currency” would remain as a “conversion” to the electronic rate. Eventually, the authority would issue paper currency if it so wishes.

5. Any government can choose not to honor this electronic currency, but it would be near impossible to see a government have the ability to honor the price of Gold on the world market, for example.

6. The “One World Currency” system I propose should include a tax reform. A sales tax should be adopted while an income tax is abolished. This move will enhance equality in the world market.

7. Counterfeiting can be curbed drastically by using the technology provided by (APDN) Applied DNA services. This company can create a unique genetic marker inserted into the ink of all of the paper currencies on the market.
