International Collect Call to USA

I am helping the Travelers who have a phone and need to reach another country.  I will focus on key words so when you search online, it will be easy to find this help.

International Collect Call to USA :

Step One: Dial 00 + 1 + Area Code + 7 digit number (of course do not use the + sign)

It will be similar to this:  0011234567890

I used this similar number to call from the Ukraine to the United States of America, and the bank paid for the collect call.

My problem was that I could not get cash out of the ATM, and my ATM Card was blocked.
