How to make International Calls :
Step One: Dial 00 + 1 + Area Code + 7 digit number (of course do not use the + sign)
It will be similar to this: 0011234567890
I used this similar number to call from the Ukraine to the USA, and the bank paid for the collect call.
My problem was that I could not get cash out of the ATM, and my card was blocked.
