It's getting to be time...
As law makers move to restrict our rights and our freedoms provided by the Constitution, it's time to start fighting back... in court.

Since Doctor's, Lawyers, Truck Driver's, and most Americans can be sued to some extent for "malpractice", it is time we start holding our law makers and justices to the same standards.

When a Sheriff is ordered to confiscate guns, he must understand that he has laws to follow, supreme laws of the land. A court should decide if an individuals rights were violated, IN A CIVIL COURT.

We need all powers to realize that our rights do have a price tag. To act outside of the Constitution has financial price. Perhaps a class action suit will be in order, perhaps not. This issue needs to be addressed, for no one is above the law, not even the Supreme Court Justices.

We should hold them personally financially liable for violation of an individuals rights, just as a Doctor would be in a malpractice lawsuit.

I offer as a starting point, a price for an individuals rights. At minimum, a person's rights should be worth the minimum wage, multiplied by the times the hours of rights lost up to 24 hours per day.

A State that passes a gun ban, and without modification to the US Constitution, has clearly violated the law. The figure a lawyer should seek should include all citizens of that State from the time the illegal law went into effect. Only those legislatures who voted to violate the law should be held personally accountable.

We are Americans, and if we can sue for a spilled cup of coffee at McDonald's, then by golly it's time we start suing for our freedom.

Peace Out, Gary Ruff

PS It's just an idea, let's get some more ideas out there...
