How do I get my teenager out of bed in the morning?

Okay, You need two alarms. They are both called the Screaming Meanie. They are battery operated, and sophisticated enough that you have to - half wake up (even after using them for 20 years) to turn it off. The one next to the bed is set on low. It has a sleep button feature. (This really is a good scientific way to wake up your child). She will get 3 sleep button or snooze hits before she has to half wake up and try to turn it off. The other one is placed on the other side of the room, in her room, so she HAS to get up to shut it off. There is no way to shut it off, unless she gets up and walks to the alarm (she is up, and knew it was coming by the second week). But this alarm is set on HIGH, and is set later than the last sleep mode on the first alarm. In other words, this alarm is a timer. When you set her alarms at night, set alarm number 1 for 6 hours, and alarm number 2 for 6.5 hours. That is the easy way to explain it. The warning label on this alarm truly says, "DO NOT USE NEAR GRAVEYARD. GUARANTEED TO WAKE THE DEAD." You MUST let her shut it off. Guess what, it is louder than your screaming! lol Good Luck!

Peace Out, Gary (Please share if this helps, or gets you in the right direction)
